1 Introduction

Welcome to Score888TV. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Score888TV ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at score888tv.cam and all associated services, applications, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

Score888TV is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform designed for and marketed to players in Malaysia. All monetary transactions on this Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and all promotional communications are produced in English, reflecting the Platform's primary market.

By accessing the Score888TV website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Definitions

• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and other bonus conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which Score888TV verifies a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the sole currency used for transactions on this Platform.
• "Platform" — the Score888TV website at score888tv.cam and all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and services.
• "Player" — any registered user of the Score888TV Platform who has accepted these Terms.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action or omission that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and exploitation of system errors.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 35x).
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a monetary stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.

3 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Score888TV constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance takes effect from the earliest of: (a) the date you create an Account; (b) the date you make your first deposit; or (c) the date you place your first wager.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a third party, you further represent that you are duly authorised to bind that party to these Terms.

Score888TV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform's website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Score888TV Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Score888TV strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any business entity.
4. You do not hold an existing active or suspended Account on the Score888TV Platform.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of Score888TV or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or acting against a voluntary self-exclusion arrangement or any court order that restricts gambling activity.

Score888TV reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict or close the Account and withhold any Balance pending investigation.

5 Account Registration and KYC

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must ensure that this information remains current throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms.

Score888TV operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. We may request documentary evidence at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport;
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your Maybank2u or Touch 'n Go eWallet account displaying your name);
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes or patterns warrant further review.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Score888TV processes all personal data collected during KYC in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify Score888TV immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Score888TV shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you unless you have promptly reported a security breach as outlined above.

7 Deposits and Payment Methods

Score888TV accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT, ETH). Additional methods may be introduced or removed at Score888TV's discretion.

The following deposit conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction, except where a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum.
• The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to the limits of your chosen payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Score888TV does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing time.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified Score888TV Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements must be met before the associated Real-Money Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing before meeting bonus conditions will result in the forfeiture of all active bonus funds.
• Score888TV targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 5 business hours. Actual transfer times are subject to the processing schedules of the receiving bank or payment provider.
• Score888TV reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified where this applies.

9 Bonuses and Promotions

Score888TV offers a range of welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have a fully registered and verified Account.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific welcome offer once only. Duplicate Accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account as a separate balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Score888TV offers welcome bonuses ranging from a 100% Standard Bonus (up to MYR 300, 10x wagering requirement) to a 288% Magnificent Bonus (up to MYR 2,880, 35x wagering requirement). Specific bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live dealer table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Score888TV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be adversely affected by retrospective changes to that specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of automated tools, coordinated play, or any technique designed to exploit promotional conditions, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

10 Betting and Casino Rules

All betting and casino game activity on Score888TV is governed by the following general rules:

• The Platform offers sports betting markets (including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, Champions League, and UFC), live dealer casino games, slot games, fishing games, esports markets, and instant crash games.
• Wagers placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where a specific cancellation policy applies (e.g., game cancellations, walkover events in sports betting).
• In the event of a technical error, platform malfunction, or data feed error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, Score888TV reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Score888TV uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino games. Slot and table game RTP figures are published where available.
• For live sports betting, Score888TV's live odds are provided in real time and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• Score888TV reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, restrict specific markets, or limit the Account of any Player at its sole discretion.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Score888TV Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit the Platform's bonus or odds structures to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Making deposits from or requesting withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name;
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display glitches for financial gain;
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of your Account's lifecycle.

Score888TV's compliance and fraud detection team actively monitors all Account activity. Players found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct face immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account Balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

12 Suspension and Termination

Score888TV may suspend or terminate your Account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4;
• Reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct pending investigation;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Your voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Where closure is initiated by the Player and no breach of these Terms is involved, any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to completion of KYC and applicable withdrawal processing times.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Score888TV Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall arrangement and compilation of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Score888TV or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Score888TV.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Score888TV's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Score888TV expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity;
• Platform unavailability caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, power outages, or cyberattacks;
• Technical malfunctions of third-party payment systems, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, or any other payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

15 Responsible Gambling

Score888TV is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties. We strongly encourage all Players to gamble within their personal means and to make use of the tools available to them.

The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered Players:

17 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Score888TV's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body before any legal proceedings are commenced.
